Securing the venue ensures you have your desired date and location locked in, which can then inform your choice of caterer and accommodate any venue-specific requirements or restrictions. However, if flexibility in date selection is important or if you have a preferred caterer in mind, booking catering first can be advantageous. Ultimately, it depends on your priorities and the specific circumstances of your event.
We recommend booking our catering services at least 2-3 months in advance to ensure availability or as soon as you have a confirmed date for your event. Popular dates tend to fill up quickly, so the earlier you book, the better. However, we understand that some events may be planned on short notice, and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.
While we primarily focus on food and beverage services, we can assist you in coordinating rental equipment through our network of trusted partners. We'll work closely with you to ensure that all logistical aspects of your event are taken care of.

1. Signed contract and non-refundable $200 Initial Booking Fee is required to secure market price and the date of event. This fee is applied towards the final balance.
2. Final number of attendees is due 7 days prior to the event. No decrease in number of attendees or quantities allowed within 7 days of the event. (For Kosher events all numbers are due 14 days before the event.)
3. Pricing subject to change with change in guest count.The prices quoted are based on the Guest Count initially provided by the Client.
4. Full payment is due 48 hours before the event.
- A 50% Cancellation Fee of the total order will be charged for cancellations within 7 days of the event.
5. Responsibilities for Related Costs
- Client is solely responsible for all costs and/or deposits relating to use of Venue and Venue's Kitchen, and for obtaining any necessary permissions, authorizations, or other equipment of Caterer providing services at the venue.
- A 4% credit card transaction fee is automatically applied to every event. The fee is removable only with full payment via cash or check. If any portion of the payment is made with a credit card, the 4% credit card transaction fee will remain applicable.
6. A 5% Administration Fee is added to all events. The Administration Fee covers all office management and operational costs incurred outside the event costs.
All deposits are non-refundable. A 50% Cancellation Fee of the total order will be charged for cancellations within 7 days of the event.
